Qualifications

• Qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in joinery or plumbing; G3/WRAS if required.
• Recent experience in a similar role within social housing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Full UK driving licence for company vehicle driving

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs to properties, from leaks to doors/windows and external works.
• Maintain a company van stock and restock when needed.
• Provide accurate progress updates and keep clear daily records.
