Hunters Recruitment & Training Ltd in Chichester is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Technician with proven voids experience to join their team. You will refurbish and maintain void properties to prepare homes for re-let.

Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and general maintenance, assess jobs, source materials, and complete repairs safely and to a high standard using mobile/PDA systems.

Qualifications

• Must have proven void properties experience.
• Strong carpentry and plumbing skills.
• Experience across plastering, decorating, flooring or tiling is desirable.

Responsibilities

Hunters' client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Technician with proven voids experience to join their team.

Multi-Trade Technician - The Role

• Carry out refurbishment and maintenance works within void properties, preparing homes ready for re-let
• Complete a range of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and general maintenance works
• Assess jobs, identify materials and resolve issues using your own initiative
• Complete repairs efficiently, safely and to a high standard
• Record completed works and provide updates using mobile/PDA systems

Multi-Trade Technician - The Fit

VOID PROPERTY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

• Proven experience working on void properties - MUST HAVE
• Strong carpentry and plumbing skills, ideally with 2+ years' experience
• Experience across additional trades such as plastering, decorating, flooring or tiling
• A reliable, professional approach with strong problem-solving skills
• A full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience-

• Experience installing non-slip vinyl flooring, such as Polysafe
• Familiarity with PDA/mobile job management systems
