Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join the Responsive Repairs division, delivering high-quality plumbing and joinery work in social housing tenanted properties across Edinburgh, Dundee, Fife and surrounding areas.

You will work a Monday–Friday pattern of 40 hours with on-call duties, supported by a planning team and provided with a company van, tools, pension and training opportunities. DBS checks and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Multi Trade Operative in social housing or similar settings.
• Plumbing and joinery skills are essential.
• Experience with sanitaryware repairs/replacements (toilets, baths, basins, taps).
• DSB/working in tenanted properties is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out repairs and replacements of sanitaryware and fixtures.
• Install/repair pipework, soil stacks and drainage.
• Perform basic joinery repairs (windows/doors/kitchens) where needed.
• Work in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
