Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Multi Trade Plasterer for a permanent role delivering plastering and multi-trade repairs in social housing properties. You will work across occupied and void homes, travelling to sites as near to your home location as possible.

The position offers a £32,000 annual salary and a stable, long-term career. The role requires experience in plastering, patch repairs, rendering, and secondary trades, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering experience in social housing or property maintenance.
• Skilled in patch plastering, skim, rendering, dry lining and ceiling repairs.
• Capable of secondary trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating.
• Experience working in occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs in social housing properties.
• Undertake patch plastering, skim, rendering, dry lining and finishing.
• Complete responsive repairs and void refurbishments.
• Perform additional multi-trade tasks including carpentry, tiling, painting and plumbing.
• Diagnose defects and carry out remedial work within timescales.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and customer service in occupied homes.
• Use PDA/mobile devices to manage and close work orders.
• Keep records of work and materials used.
