Job summary

Gilmartins is seeking Elite Operatives to join our plastering team, covering High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough. This permanent, full-time position rewards professionalism, reliability, and leadership in social housing repairs.

As a Multi Trade Plasterer, you will be responsible for plastering, decorating and related duties, with a focus on quality and safety. The role provides a company van and fuel card for business use, PDA and branded uniform, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance.
• Full manual driving licence; no automatic vans available.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality plastering work to time and standard.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site and in tenants’ properties.
• Support and mentor other operatives as needed.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and office teams.
• Keep van stock organised and respect company assets.

We are recruiting experienced, high-performing plastering operatives to work across High Wycombe, Marlow and princes Risborough, in the following trade:

Plasterer Decorators, must be experienced in thermal boarding, mould wash and painting.

As the Multi Trade Plasterer, we offer

Experience Required for the Multi Trade Plasterer
