Job description

Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services.

The role – a Multi skilled plasterer

To carry out plastering repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.

Key Requirements

  • carry out plastering repairs and maintenance to residential and void properties.
  • Skimming, rendering boarding and traditional plastering
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing plastered surfaces as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
  • work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience

  • Relevant plastering qualifications and certification.
  • Proven experience as a plasterer with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of plastering materials, techniques and equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling and carpentry plumbing tc
