Position: Multi Skilled Plasterer (Permanent, Full Time)

We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs & Maintenance team.

Role Overview: As a Multi Skilled Plasterer, you will undertake repairs & maintenance works to our property portfolio to ensure our homes are always safe and secure.

Candidate Requirements:

• Holds a full UK driving license.
• Has a strong customer focus.
• Holds a recognised Plastering qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
• Previous experience in repairs & maintenance, preferably in domestic properties.
• Excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge, and experience.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various conditions.
• Ability to manage and plan a varied workload.
• Flexible to participate in emergency repairs call-outs outside normal hours.
