The Role

A leading company in the Repairs & Maintenance sector is hiring a Multi Trade Plasterer in West Midlands. This role offers the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to a vital social housing project expanding GBP50m Repairs & Maintenance, Capital Works, and Retrofit contract.

You'll need to be competent in multiple trades, with a specific focus on plastering. This is a temporary role with core working hours from 8am to 4:30pm.

Main Responsibilities

1. Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on social housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
2. Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions.
3. Complete all tasks within allocated budgets and timelines to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Operate in accordance with company health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Keep up to date with the latest technical advancements and legal requirements relevant to your areas of expertise.

You

1. Previous experience as a Plasterer.
2. Full, clean driving licence (maximum 5 points).
3. A willingness to learn and adapt across various trades.
4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
5. Experience in social housing is desirable.
