Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative to deliver a broad range of maintenance and repairs across Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas. You will work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling to keep our properties in excellent condition.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, flexibility to cover a wide area, and commitment to safety and quality. A London Allowance of £125 monthly is included, with additional company bonus schemes and overtime

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen/bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Able to work across Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
• Provide a first-class service to Clarion Housing Group properties.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!! We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
