Build Recruitment Limited is looking for a Permanent Multi Trade Operative to join a Housing Maintenance team in Slough. You will perform wet trades, carpentry and plumbing tasks within social housing contracts.

The role offers a salary of £38,000–£42,000, 23 days leave plus bank holidays, a company van and fuel card, overtime and call-out duties, with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing maintenance preferred.
• Full UK Driving License is required.
• Relevant industry qualifications and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all multi-trade works (wet trades, carpentry, plumbing, groundworks).
• Change taps and perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Replace door hardware and do basic carpentry work.
