Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our maintenance team in South London. The role focuses on carpentry with additional trades in plumbing, flooring and glazing, delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs across our South London properties.

You will carry out a wide range of trades, provide excellent customer care, and work to deadlines. A valid UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle is provided.

• Experienced multi-trade operative with carpentry, plumbing, flooring and glazing skills.
• Ability to carry out maintenance, responsive repairs and void works.
• Valid UK driving licence required; company vehicle provided.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: South London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in plumbing, flooring, glazing and other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering South London and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
