Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Islington is seeking an experienced Carpenter who can also handle related trades to maintain our properties. You will deliver a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs with a focus on quality and customer care.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and reside in England or Wales. The role offers a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, and a London Allowance of £125 per month.

• Proven experience as Carpenter with skills in related trades.
• Good customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Islington and surrounding areas.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Islington and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
