Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter with cross-trade skills to cover Islington and surrounding areas. You will perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, void works and MOTs, delivering a first-class service with reliability.

Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle, van and tools are provided. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week with regular overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a skilled carpenter with broad trades knowledge.
• Ability to deliver first-class maintenance and repairs.
• Good customer-facing skills and reliability.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Islington

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Islington and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you’re a reliable, experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
