Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Stevenage is seeking a skilled Carpenter with floorlaying capabilities to join our maintenance team. You will cover Stevenage, Watford, and nearby areas, delivering high-quality repairs and installations across voids and general properties.

You will hold a valid UK driving licence, operate with a company vehicle, and work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract. A basic DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and floor laying across a range of properties.
• Ability to carry out maintenance, repairs and void works to a high standard.
• Flexible to cover Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in Floor laying and other trades to join our team! We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Stevenage, Watford, and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within the required deadlines.
