Multi-Trade Operative
Covering the South West
£34,376 - £36,185 per year
40 hours per week
We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team based in the South West, covering a range of sites across postcodes GU, PO and SP . You will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to occupied properties, ranging from a leaking tap to changing baths, changing a door handle to hanging a new door. The team also carries out external repairs including fencing and groundworks.
The role will include lone and teamwork, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed. You will be travelling to our schemes and off street properties from your home address.
