We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Oxfordshire area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the responsive repair team within domestic properties.

In this Multi Trade Operative role you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs - Kitchen fitting, hanging doors, skirting, architraves etc
• Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, basin, and toilets etc
• Patch plastering, patch tiling and painting
• Working in occupied properties
• Ensuring high standards of customer service when working in occupied premises
• Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service
  
  

Requirements for the Multi trade Operative:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in the relevant trade or proven experience within the social housing sector
• Relevant industry experience within social housing
  
  

In return the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• £31,529 to £35,992 per annum changing to £35,992 to £45,242 per annum after 1 year
• Company Van
• Overtime available
• Opportunity for call out
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays
• Nest Pension
