Multi-Trade Operative – Part Time
Based at Gemini House, Swindon – covering Swindon
£13,750 - £14,474 per year
16 hours per week – Thursday and Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm
We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, covering different sites across Swindon. As a Multi-Trade Operative you will be working as part of a team with some lone working also required. These works are predominantly in domestic void properties and duties include carpentry, painting and decorating, bricklaying, plumbing and general maintenance.
Due to the nature of the role, a company van will be provided as well as power tools for you to complete jobs to a high standard. The base office location is Swindon, travel will be required to this site to collect the van on a Thursday and you will be required to drop the van back off at the office at the end of Friday.
You will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota, which will be approximately 1 in every 9 weeks.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £34,376 based on 40 hours per week rising to £36,185 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
