Sanctuary Group is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative based in Paignton, covering sites across Devon and Cornwall. You will join the Operations Planned team, working in a crew of 9 to carry out repair works on Sanctuary properties.
The role requires building maintenance experience in social housing, with skills in UPVC windows/doors. A company van and power tools are provided to complete tasks to a high standard. Driving is required with a valid UK license.
