Sanctuary Group is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team. Based in Banbury, you will cover Cherwell sites, performing reactive repairs in occupied properties from leaks to doors and external repairs like fencing and groundwork. A van and power tools are provided, with ongoing training.
You will work both alone and in teams, participate in a call-out rota, and support Sanctuary’s not-for-profit housing mission with a customer-focused approach.
We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team based in Banbury. Covering sites across Cherwell you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to occupied properties, ranging from a leaking tap to changing baths, changing a door handle to hanging a new door. The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks. The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed. The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:
