We are currently looking for a Multi trade operative in Nottingham and surrounding areas to join a well-established facilities management company on a permanent basis. This role includes a company van, fuel card and potential earning of up to £35,000+.

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

1. All aspects of carpentry
2. All aspects of plumbing
3. UPVC windows & doors
4. Flooring
5. Patch plastering
6. Tiling
7. Painting & Decorating
8. General building maintenance

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

1. Has a full UK driving licence
2. Has relevant industry experience
3. Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

1. £31,200 basic salary
2. Company van & fuel card
3. Company mobile phone
4. 37.5 hours a week
5. Power tools provided
6. Call out & overtime available paid at time and a half
7. Occasional working away (all expenses paid)
8. 24 days annual leave plus bank holiday
9. Pension scheme
10. Permanent employment
