Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers.

Responsibilities:

• Providing day to day repairs in resident's properties, aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the resident's expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided.
• Undertaking a wide range of repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied or void properties.
• Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Blue CSCS Card, City & Guilds Carpentry, or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Wood Occupations (desirable)
• Company van and fuel card provided for business use
• 22 days annual leave entitlement increasing after 1 year's service to a maximum of 5 days (excluding public holidays)
