Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting for a Multi Trade Maintenance Operative to join a National Maintenance Team across your designated region.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, general building repairs, and repairs to carpentry, plumbing and decorating tasks, ensuring safe, comfortable living environments for residents. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will work field-based with a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within property maintenance or a recognised trade.
• Good all-round maintenance knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Update works completed using a digital job management system

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Multi Trade Maintenance Operative on behalf of a leading specialist care provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established National Maintenance Team responsible for maintaining residential care homes across your designated region.

This is a varied, field-based role where you’ll carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general property upkeep, helping to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.
