Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to deliver finishing works across social housing properties in Birmingham. You will carry out finishing and cosmetic repairs, working in tenants' homes and void properties, with a van and full driving licence.

The role requires a Blue CSCS Card, NVQ Level 2, and prior multi-trade experience. The position offers a daily rate of £200 and 8:00 to 16:00 working hours, with travel across Birmingham.

• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Own van and a full, valid driving licence; travel across Birmingham.

This Multi Trade Operative role is focused on completing finishing works to a high standard, so you’ll need to be confident in carrying out a range of maintenance and finishing tasks while working professionally within tenants’ homes.
