Job summary

Riverside Group is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to carry out general multi-trade tasks across our Dartford base and South London stock. The role includes kitchens and bathrooms upgrades, with a provided van, fuel card and PPE, working Monday to Friday.

Essential requirements include experience in construction, knowledge of maintenance legislation, and good customer service. The package includes competitive pay, generous pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction sector.
• Understanding of legislation in maintenance and property management.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with a confident approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general multi-trade activities in line with specifications.
• Perform routine carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling as required.
• Ensure works comply with Building Regulations and Fire Safety orders.
• Maintain van stock records and supply materials as needed.
• Uphold Health & Safety procedures and high customer service standards.
• Support team with additional duties as directed by line manager.
