Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting several experienced Multi Traders to support our Kent contract, covering Maidstone area to Sittingbourne. You’ll deliver reactive repairs and maintenance across thousands of homes, supported by modern digital systems to keep work flowing smoothly and ensure first-class service for residents and clients.

We expect strong multi-trade experience, with competence in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs, plus a valid UK driving licence and a DBS

Qualifications

• Multi-trade experience across maintenance disciplines.
• Clean, valid UK driving licence.
• DBS check or willingness to undertake.
• Eligible to work in the UK and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required.
• Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.
