Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting a Multi Trader to join our reactive repairs and maintenance teams across East London and surrounding areas. You will work with modern digital systems to keep work flowing and ensure properties are safe, well-maintained and comfortable for residents.

You will undertake plumbing repairs (desirable), carpentry duties (desirable), and a broad range of general property maintenance tasks. A clean UK driving licence and DBS check are required or willing to undertake them.

Qualifications

• Possess plumbing knowledge and ability to diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and attention to detail in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working in tenanted properties and with PDA usage is valued.
• Part P qualification and NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 are preferred.
• A clean, valid UK driving licence and DBS check are required or willingness to undertake them.

Responsibilities

• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable).
• Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable).
• Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.
