Job Description:

HausIN Facilities Management is looking for professional individuals to join a growing team of tradespeople carrying out reactive and planned repairs for social landlords. The role suits driven individuals looking to grow with the company, with management positions available as the team expands and coverage increases.

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your profession and work with a company that values its staff.

You will attend reactive maintenance and repair work, as well as planned works scheduled by head office. Responsibilities include providing high-quality finishes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You may visit sites with vulnerable residents and be met by care workers to gain access.

Duties include: first and second fix joinery, kitchen installation, internal doors, skirting boards, emergency repairs, reactive and planned maintenance, tiling. Basic joinery and plumbing skills are advantageous. The work week is five days.
