HausIN Facilities Management is looking for professional individuals to join a growing team of tradespeople carrying out reactive and planned repairs for social landlords. The role is suitable for driven individuals seeking growth within the company, with management positions available as the team and area coverage expand.

Responsibilities include attending reactive maintenance and repair work, as well as planned works scheduled by head office. The goal is to provide high-quality finishes and ensure customer satisfaction. You may visit sites/properties with vulnerable residents and be met by care workers to provide access.

Key duties:

• First and second fix joinery
• Installation of kitchens, internal doors, skirting boards, etc.
• Emergency repairs
• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Tiling

Basic joinery and plumbing skills are advantageous. The position offers a 5-day workweek.
