Job summary

Regen Solutions seeks an experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader for social housing projects across Thame and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance in occupied and void properties, handling carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting tasks.

A driving license and multi-trade capability are essential. The role is temp to perm with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week, and a company van with a fuel card is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in your core trade.
• Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.
• Must have a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling).
• Duties include painting and decorating and general repairs.
• Ensure works comply with social housing standards and safety requirements.
