HARKAYE CORE TALENT LIMITED seeks an experienced EL/PL Solicitor to join a leading national law firm’s Personal Injury team. The role focuses on Employers' Liability and Public Liability matters with higher-value, multi-track workloads and occasional advocacy.

Qualified England & Wales Solicitors with current practising certificates and strong litigation skills are preferred. The firm offers hybrid UK office locations, a supportive culture, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with an active practising certificate.
• Demonstrable experience managing a litigated EL/PL caseload, including multi-track claims.
• Previous advocacy experience.
• Strong technical legal knowledge and litigation skills.
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development and networking.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims from inception through to conclusion.
• Conducting cases efficiently and effectively in line with regulatory and firm standards.
• Handling multi-track and higher-value matters.
• Attending and conducting advocacy at hearings where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining relationships with referrers and key stakeholders.
• Contributing to business development activities and supporting the continued growth of the department.
• Playing an active role in marketing initiatives and promoting the firm's services.
