Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Greene King operation in Greater London. You will support the Shift Manager, coordinating daily activities across a busy multi-temperature warehouse and helping to deliver safe, accurate orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and permanent, working any 5 from 7 from 06:00 to 14:00. Salary is up to £35,587.50 per year with 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and a benefits package.

• Experience in a multi-temperature food warehouse.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager in delivering a safe, efficient and productive warehouse operation.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Report deviations from the plan quickly and accurately.
• Monitor health & safety and operational standards, escalating issues when required.
