Job summary

Booker Group is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Banbury to join a fast-paced logistics team delivering to top food and drink brands. You will ensure accurate picking, safe handling and pristine condition of goods for delivery.

You will operate voice-picking tech, check quality and shelf life, and work with colleagues to meet KPIs. A 44-hour week includes Sundays and public holidays under a 5-day rolling rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Willingness to work a 5-day rolling rota including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
• Check quality and shelf life, ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Stack products neatly to a high standard for clients.
• Work with the team to meet KPI targets and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
