Booker Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced site in Banbury. You will handle picking and packing with voice technology, ensuring products are shipped accurately and in pristine condition.

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• The accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
• Checking quality, shelf life and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Ensuring products are stacked neatly and meet client standards.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and maintain safety and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise efficiency and audits.
