Job summary

Booker is recruiting a Warehouse Operative at our Banbury site. You will join the UK’s best-loved food and drink wholesale network, helping to pick, pack and dispatch goods while delivering excellent customer service.

This 44-hour week includes Sundays and public holidays, with a 5‑day rolling rota. You’ll use voice technology for accurate picking, maintain safety and quality, and work with the team to meet KPIs and keep products in immaculate condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work on a 5‑day rolling rota including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using voice-picking technology and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Assemble and stack products to a high standard for clients.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and drive efficiency across depots.
• Adhere to Food Safety, Hygiene and Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Support other departments as needed to maximise throughput.
