Job summary

PA Consulting in Melbourn, United Kingdom, invites a skilled technician to join the Prototyping Workshop. You will develop parts for consumer, medical, defence, and other industries, using CNC mills and lathes alongside 3D printing.

As part of Design, Engineering and Science, you will collaborate with engineers, scientists and designers, continually developing machining and prototyping skills while contributing to innovative solutions and scalable real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong precision machining experience as core skill
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to learn and develop 3D printing skills
• Strong communication at all levels in a multi-disciplinary team
• Proactive, collaborative problem solving

Responsibilities

• Program and manufacture components on CNC mills and lathes
• Utilise 3D printing technologies to prototype concepts
