Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a skilled technician to join the Prototyping Workshop in Melbourn, working on precision machining for consumer, medical, defence, and packaging projects. You will program and operate CNC mills and lathes, and apply 3D printing to turn concepts into real components, collaborating with engineers and designers across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Manual and CNC milling & turning experience.
• CADCAM experience, preferably SolidWorks.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop 3D printing skills.

• Program, set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists and designers to turn concepts into prototypes.
• Apply 3D printing technologies to support multi-sector projects.
