A great opportunity to work in the Prototyping Workshop of a global consultancy company, developing parts for consumer, medical, defence, food & beverage, packaging and many other industries.

As part of a globally integrated team of more than 400 specialists across the UK, Ireland and the US, you will work at the intersection of innovation strategy, product development and applied R&D. Within this environment, precision machining will be your core skill, giving you the opportunity to program and manufacture components using our range of CNC mills and lathes. Working closely with engineers, scientists and designers, you will also utilise our extensive suite of 3D printing technologies to help bring innovative concepts to life, supporting projects that span multiple sectors and technologies.

We are looking for a technician with strong precision machining experience as a core skill, with the aptitude and desire to develop across our wide range of prototyping equipment.
You’ll frequently find yourself working within multi-disciplinary assignment teams where you’ll be expected to share your experience and knowledge of making things happen, so strong and confident communication is key.
