EV Tech Recruitment Solutions Ltd on behalf of a trusted independent automotive garage in Knockholt, Kent, seeks a brand-neutral, multi-skilled vehicle technician capable of servicing petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles.

You will diagnose, service and repair across manufacturers, perform high-voltage diagnostics where qualified, and progress toward Master Technician with mentoring opportunities. UK rights to work required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a professional workshop.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic capabilities.
• Experience across multiple vehicle brands.
• Willing to work in Knockholt, Kent, within 15 miles.

Our client is an established independent automotive garage providing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs.

As the automotive industry evolves, so does the mix of vehicles entering their workshop. Alongside traditional petrol and diesel vehicles, they are increasingly servicing hybrid and fully electric vehicles.

They are seeking an experienced, brand-neutral, multi-skilled vehicle technician who can confidently work across different manufacturers and powertrain technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding.
• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Undertake high-voltage diagnostics and repairs where appropriately qualified and authorised.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician in a professional workshop.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working across multiple vehicle brands.
• IMI Level 3 EV qualification essential for high-voltage diagnostic and repair work.
• Ideally based within 15 miles of the workshop in Knockholt, Kent.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally.
