Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in vehicle body repair (Paint/Panel MET).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to gain relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair panels, including filler work and painting.

We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Vehicle Repair Technician based in Sheffield.

The role involves performing all tasks related to vehicle repairs efficiently within set timeframes, ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, recognize, and report on vehicle structures and paintwork
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before return
• Remove, store, and dispose of vehicle components and fluids safely
• Perform quality control and sign off repairs
• Report faults and defects
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting faults
• Follow repair methods as per job pack
• Replace and repair panels, including filler work and painting
• Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and perform finishing (flat and polish)
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Document all materials and components used
• Protect customer vehicles during repairs
• Complete quality control sheets and adhere to standards

Skills and experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in vehicle body repair (Paint/Panel MET)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willing to gain relevant qualifications
• ATA qualifications are advantageous
• Experience in bodyshop repairs
• Team player with initiative
• Flexible, positive attitude
• Responsible and organized
