A multi skilled tradesperson is needed to join Thomann-Hanry, a leading property restoration specialist company based in London.
This role will support the Thomann-Hanry façade, stone masonry and painting team by helping to complete different on-site tasks whilst offering their expertise in various construction trades. Previous hands-on experience within disciplines such as painting, plastering and carpentry is required to ensure a wide range of tasks can be performed competently whilst on site.
Thomann-Hanry carries out cleaning, restoration and new stonework to the finest residential and commercial properties in London. Over the last two decades Thomann-Hanry has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. The Company undertakes works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the ‘National Gallery' and the ‘Bank of England'.
The multi-skilled tradesperson will be responsible for performing various construction tasks across trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, electrical work, plastering, and tiling, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves assessing, procuring, and preparing materials, tools, and equipment, as well as operating vehicles like truck mounts and MEWPs and managing the safe loading and unloading of materials. you will handle installations and repairs, address on-site issues, and ensure the safety and functionality of all components. Additionally, you will assist specialists, support team operations, communicate effectively, foster client relationships, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and respond professionally to enquiries.
