Fawkes & Reece (North) in Yeovil, England, are seeking a Multi-Skilled Trades candidate to join a social housing contractor on a 6-month project. The role covers repairs and maintenance including joinery, tiling, flooring, and lock/window work, with a 40-hour week (8:00–16:00) and a van provided.

Multi-Skilled Trades (67FRTTRADES) Yeovil, England

Salary: GBP23 - GBP24 per hour

Multi-Skilled Tradesrequired in Taunton and Yeovil to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf ofcouncils/housing associations.This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs and kitchen and bathroom schemes.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the South West regions.

The Role

Main duties are but not limited to:

• Repairs and Maintenance
• Joinery works, 1st and 2nd fixes
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Locks and Windows

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 6 months work.

• Street Parking
• Company Van + Fuel Card
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within Derbyshire
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Trades
• Social housing experience
• Own Tools
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence -no more than 5 points, no bans/disqualifications in the past 5 years
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
