Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd. is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician in Deeside on a Monday–Friday, 3-shift pattern. You will carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and PPMs to keep the line moving in a busy manufacturing environment.

Salary: £49,561 + £7,333.68 Shift Allowance (£56,894.68 total)

Location: Deeside

Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating 3-Shift Pattern 6:00am-2:00pm | 2:00pm-10:00pm | 10:00pm-6:00am

Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician / Maintenance Engineer looking for a well-paid, Monday-to-Friday opportunity within a leading manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer with a slight electrical bias to join an established engineering team in Deeside.

The Role

• Reactive breakdowns and fault finding
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Root-cause analysis and reducing downtime
• Supporting new equipment installations
• Working within permit-to-work and LOTOTO systems
• Supporting continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Engineering Apprenticeship Level 3, HNC or equivalent
• Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Manufacturing/industrial engineering background
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience or understanding of hazardous areas / ATEX
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
• CompEx Ex01-06 is desirable but NOT essential. If you have hazardous-area experience, previously held CompEx, or are willing to undertake the training, we'd still like to hear from you.

Package

£49,561 basic + £7,333.68 shift allowance = £56,894.68 per annum
