Contek Recruitment are representing their client in Gainsborough, recruiting a Shift Engineer – Multi-Skilled for an FMCG manufacturing operation.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production. You will work on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (days and nights) averaging 40 hours per week.

Experience in CMMS systems and ATEX awareness are desirable to maintain high machine availability and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Proficient with CMMS systems and engineering records.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site equipment.
• Respond quickly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults and repair to minimise production downtime.
• Maintain accurate engineering records through CMMS and ensure safety procedures.
