Multi: Skilled Shift Engineer

Location: Peterborough

Salary: GBP 47,000 - GBP 52,000 per annum

Hours: Panama Shift Pattern: 3s and 2s (12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm)

The Role

They are seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their friendly and supportive team of 8 engineers.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and part of a broader engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance (electrical and mechanical)
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs
• Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintaining and updating the CMMS (MVP system)
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
