Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract in Dartford. This role covers plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating to keep social housing homes safe and functional.

Hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a rate of 23.50 per hour on a temporary-to-permanent basis with consideration for progression. A valid UK manual driving license is required; DBS checks will be processed at offer.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK manual driving license.
• DBS check will be processed at offer stage.
• Experience across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance across multiple trades in social housing.
• Ensure residents' homes remain safe and functional.
• Work on the Dartford patch delivering reliable workmanship.
