Job summary

Cambria, based in Cardiff, is hiring a Trade Operative to deliver a range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks. You will work mainly on your own, with occasional resident interaction, and will require a current full driving licence. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.

The role includes participating in a 24/7 emergency call-out service with additional pay, and is subject to DBS checks. Closing date: 8 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Current valid full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.
• Carry out tasks such as bathroom installations and kitchen installations.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, floor laying, window repairs and plastering.
• Work largely lone, with occasional interaction with colleagues and residents.
• Participate in the 24/7 emergency call-out service as required.
