Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to deliver high-quality domestic plumbing repairs across properties in Stockport and surrounding areas.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence. You will work a 39-hour week, with out-of-hours rota and paid overtime when needed, and you will use PDA tech to manage repairs and keep accurate records. • Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks, taps and drainage systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, productivity and safety.
• Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules.
• Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders.
• Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure.
• Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently.
• Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes.

Multi Skilled Plumber

Salary: £35,733

Location: Stockport & Cheshire

Working pattern: 39 hours per week – 8:00am–4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am–3:30pm Friday, out of hours cover in line with rota with an out of hours payment, paid overtime opportunities available (subject to business need)

For the purposes of our van fleet insurance you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence, be over the age of 21 and complete an on-line driver monitoring Assessment prior to starting your role. If you are under 21 but with 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence you would be required to complete an on-line driver monitoring assessment and additional in vehicle assessment prior to starting your role funded by Great Places.
