Job summary

Platform Property Care is seeking a Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team covering Worcestershire and Oxfordshire. The role focuses on plumbing but requires multi-trade capability to deliver repairs in customers' homes.

You will work in a mobile, home-based setting with a strong emphasis on first-time fixes, safety, and customer service. The role includes an out-of-hours rota, a van and equipment provision, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber in the building trade or as a multi-skilled plumber.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs for social landlords or housing associations.
• Desirable: carpentry, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling.
• Experience delivering multi-trade work.
• Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track.
• Full current valid driving licence is essential.
• DBS check required as work in customers' homes.
• Willing to participate in out-of-hours rota.
