Job summary

Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting a Plumber to join the team in Erskine, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position within a UK-wide facilities management context.

The role involves carrying out site-specific PPM and reactive plumbing tasks, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating maintenance activities to meet contractual requirements. Experience unsupervised and strong safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working unsupervised at times.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day delivery of hard FM services with plumbing and heating tasks.
• Plan, schedule and complete PPM and reactive works in accordance with site requirements.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritise tasks per contractual response times.
• Oversee remedial works from inspections, ensuring scoping, quotations and timely completion.
