Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support facilities maintenance at a large commercial distribution site in Dunfermline, UK. The temporary assignment runs until 31 May 2026, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.

The role covers planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing tasks, fault-finding, and collaboration with other trades, operating within health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or higher.
• Experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform both PPM and reactive plumbing tasks.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player in a multiskilled maintenance team.
• Temporary contract running until 31 May 2026.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours 07:00–15:30.
• Based at a large commercial distribution facility in Dunfermline.
• Qualified plumber seeking short-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems and associated plant
• Respond to reactive plumbing issues and repairs across the site
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to maintain operational systems
• Work collaboratively with other trades and maintenance engineers on site
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
